This Saturday, June 16, at 26 2nd Ave., we will begin our class at verse 28 of chapter 4 of the Bhagavad Gita As It Is. Please note that we will begin the first kirtan on time at 5:30. Class will begin on time at 6:00. The last kirtan will end around 8:00, at which time we will have our vegetarian feast. Please be as timely as you can, but coming late is okay if you need to.

At our last program (on June 2), Atma led the first kirtan with Kaliya Krishna playing harmonium-keyboard. Rama Raya led the last kirtan. Special guest speaker Srila Romapada Swami gave a wonderful class on verse 27 of chapter 4 of the Bhagavad Gita As It Is: "Others, who are interested in achieving self-realization through control of the mind and senses, offer the functions of all the senses, and of the life breath, as oblations into the fire of the controlled mind." Matthew made a lovely feast for all of us. The 28 persons who attended include: Krisv, Rebecca, Matthew, Atma, Subhie, Ming, Kaliya Krishna, Ananda, Premarnava, Saibya, Havi, Manu, Srila Romapada Swami, Martin, Rama Raya, Asht Managal and his family, Avinash, Kirtan Ron, John, Willy, and Dahlia.
